Six things to ask any AI trainer, with our answers
On 5 November 2026 we asked ChatGPT how to choose corporate AI training in Dubai. It told buyers to ask for four things, and to prefer programmes that leave staff with usable workflows, with a certificate as a bonus. Fair tests. Here is how we meet them.
The trainer's profile
London International names the trainer in your outline and sends the profile with it. It runs AI agents across its own student support, exam coaching, placement and consultant work, so the playbooks come from daily use, not a slide deck.

Rules for company data
Trainees work inside the permissions set for your system, and every agent action is logged. Exercises run on your company's own model subscription, whose terms exclude training on your data. UAE data law, Federal Decree-Law 45 of 2021 (the PDPL), covers any personal data, or DIFC or ADGM rules where relevant.
A follow-up assessment
Each operator shows the agreed steps on the day, and the audit trail shows afterwards who is really using the system. Elite adds three metrics agreed at acceptance and reported at day 90.
Workflows first, certificate second
Staff leave with work they can run the next day. The Certified AI Operator certificate is the bonus: an in-house London International certificate, not an accredited qualification.
What happens after the trainer leaves?
The operating guide and approval checklist stay with your team. New joiners are certified later in a half-day session for up to four people.

When does the training happen?
At the end of set-up, once the workflows pass their tests: about 15, 20 or 25 working days in, depending on the package, counted from the day access and usable data are in place. In Enterprise, certification comes in phase three of about 90 working days.

Questions about corporate AI training in Dubai
Which AI course is best for business?
For most non-technical teams, practice on their own tasks beats a programming course. If you are installing an AI system, train operators on that system; if a few people must build AI themselves, choose a specialist course.
Is there free AI training in Dubai?
Yes, for the basics. One Million Prompters, from the Dubai Centre for Artificial Intelligence, is free to join, and Dubai Chambers opened agentic AI courses to member companies in September 2026. They are a sound start, but neither trains your staff on your own workflows.
What are the fees for an AI course in Dubai?
Team and individual fees work differently. Team workshops are published from about AED 3,500 plus VAT (AED 3,675 including VAT) for up to 10 people. For an individual course, compare the hours, the exercises and the certificate before the fee.
Is corporate AI training worth paying for?
Yes, if staff leave able to do a real task the next morning. General lessons fade once the slides are forgotten, so judge any programme by what people do the week after. On our system that shows in the audit trail.
Is the Certified AI Operator certificate accredited or KHDA-approved?
No. It is an in-house London International certificate that records the capabilities each person has shown on your system. If staff need a KHDA-approved or other accredited qualification, say so when you ask for the outline.
Do staff need technical skills?
No. They ask in plain English or Arabic and approve or decline what the agents prepare. Only the person who runs an Enterprise AI workforce takes the deeper Agent Manager track.
Can you tailor the training by department or level?
Yes. We set it by role rather than by beginner or advanced: operators, owners and, on Enterprise, agent managers. Every exercise comes from the workflows built for that person's department, so sales practises on quotations and accounts on reminders.
What if people stop using the system?
For 90 days in AI Business Elite, if the audit trail shows your team has not used the system in a working week, as defined at acceptance, BeOnTop retrains them at its own cost. Enterprise applies this per department, up to one half-day each.
Which AI tools does the training cover?
The ones in your installation: Claude or another agreed model, working through your own connected accounts, such as your CRM, ad accounts and WhatsApp Business. A general course on chat tools is a different product, so ask for it in your outline if that is what your team needs.
Does the training run in Arabic?
Your team can work with the agents in English or Arabic. If you need the day itself delivered in Arabic, say so when you ask for the outline and we confirm it in writing. Localising the guides and materials into Arabic costs AED 1,500 plus VAT (AED 1,575 including VAT).
Can we buy AI training without an installation?
Our training days are built around a system we install, because practice on real workflows is the point. For a programme without one, London International's corporate training team builds one around your people.
Can you train our marketing team on AI?
