The short answer · checked November 2026
Enterprise AI consulting decides where AI belongs in a large organisation, what it may touch and who answers for it. BeOnTop does that work, then deploys the result: 25 agents across up to five departments and three entities, from AED 119,000 plus VAT (from AED 124,950 including VAT), paid once. It suits UAE groups with an ERP or CRM and an IT head who must sign it off.

What does an AI workforce do inside a UAE group?
An AI workforce of 25 agents takes the repeat work in up to five departments and three entities, from collections to tender files, and reports to you every morning. It can work 24 hours a day, seven days a week, with no leave, no visas and no salaries, and it works the hours you set, alongside your team. Running round the clock is your choice, and its model usage is yours. Support runs Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm Dubai time.
You hire an agent the way you hire a person
Describe the job in plain language. We build the agent, its tools, its knowledge and its approval rules, and give it a manager, working hours and KPIs. It proves itself on last month's real cases before it touches live work.
It works the shifts you set
6am to 10pm, weekends, Ramadan hours, month-end overtime or round the clock. Jobs start at set times or from a trigger, such as a watched mailbox, a WhatsApp message or a bank statement landing in a folder.
It sees long tasks through
Gather, chase, draft, wait for your yes, send, log, follow up. On a portal it fills forms within that portal's terms. Where a portal needs a person's UAE Pass, that person signs in, checks and submits; agents never hold UAE Pass credentials or approve a UAE Pass request.
It reports where you already are
Each task closes with an audit-log record and a report in Teams, Slack, WhatsApp, Telegram, email or the control room on your phone: done, waiting for you, or stuck and why.
It answers to a department and a group
An AI manager per department checks the work. A group Conductor runs what crosses departments, from enquiry to collection, with group cash every morning and a board pack on the first working day of the month.
It remembers, within limits you control
Long-term memory, a diary you can read or switch off, and a knowledge assistant over up to 5,000 documents in English and Arabic. Self-learning is off by default for agents that answer customers.
Enterprise is the largest of four packages from BeOnTop, the AI agency and SEO company in Dubai. Its roles are our AI agents, and the work between them runs as connected workflows, at group scale.
Sixteen agents to choose from, and where a person stays in charge
Each follows a template: trigger, data sources, steps, approval point, output. It is configured to your systems and tested on real examples before go-live. You choose from these within the 25 agents and 20 workflows.
Finance
- Collections across entities: invoices aged nightly, reminders drafted for approval, promises logged, escalation by rule.
- Three-way match: order, delivery note and invoice checked before anything is paid.
- Bank reconciliation prep: every morning, from the statement export.
- Expense audit: policy breaches and duplicates flagged before month end.
Sales and customers
- Tender watcher: watches the portals you name, flags fits and drafts the bid from your past submissions.
- After-hours replies: from approved answers in Arabic, English, Hindi or Urdu, on WhatsApp, website chat and email, with a human handover. Replies wait for approval until you pre-authorise them within tested limits.
- Win-back: drafts the approach to customers who went quiet, for your team to send through a channel the customer agreed to.
- Click-to-call: calls queued after screening against the Do Not Call Registry; your salesperson dials from a company-registered number, within Cabinet Resolution 56 of 2024.
- CRM hygiene: duplicates, dead leads and missing fields cleaned weekly.
People and meetings
- Recruitment pipeline: CVs ranked against your criteria. Your recruiter makes every shortlist and rejection decision.
- Meeting to actions: notes or an agreed transcript turned into owners, dates and follow-ups.
Operations and compliance
- Compliance calendar: trade licence, visa, Emirates ID, Ejari, insurance, WPS, VAT and corporate tax dates, with working papers for your accountant. Reminders, not tax or legal advice.
- Annual re-tender: supplier contracts back to market before renewal.
- Expiry watch: contracts, fleet and assets surfaced 60, 30 and 7 days ahead.
- Reorder alerts: from stock levels, with the supplier comparison attached.
- Price and competitor watch: your market scanned weekly.
WhatsApp runs only on the official WhatsApp Business Platform, through an approved provider, on a company number: opt-in recorded before any business-initiated message, approved templates outside the 24-hour window, a human handover in every flow. Provider and Meta fees are shown separately.
Can it run in a private cloud, on-premise or in the UAE?
Private cloud and on-premise, yes, at a price you know before you book. UAE-only processing depends on the law and the provider, as set out below. Each entity runs on its own instance, in a cloud account held in your name. The price assumes hosting in your own cloud account, at your cost. A private cloud or on-premise deployment is quoted at validation.
Agents run on Claude or another agreed model, from a fixed list per agent, under your own subscription and on terms that exclude training on your data. We confirm the provider and region in writing. Data stays in the UAE where the law requires it, as for health data, and otherwise where the chosen provider offers it.
| Where it runs | What it means | Effect on the price |
|---|---|---|
| Your own cloud account | Hosted in your name, one instance per entity | None: this is the reference configuration |
| Private cloud | Deployed in a private cloud rather than a standard account | Quoted at validation |
| On-premise | Runs on hardware you own | Quoted at validation; hardware and private-model licences are yours |
| Local model | An option for sensitive data, chosen agent by agent | Private-model licences are yours |
What if our ERP or portal has no connector?
We reach it another way, and you hear the cost before you book. The reference configuration includes up to 10 connected systems (ERP, CRM, HR, ticketing, portals) and up to 30 days of custom integration. Each portal or desktop application an agent uses counts as one of the 10. See AI development services for what we build for systems like these, and what a pure software house does better.
| Your system offers | How the agent reaches it |
|---|---|
| A usable connector | Directly, once validated before booking |
| Only a web portal | A managed browser with managed logins, within the portal's terms |
| Neither | A scheduled export until a connector is validated |
| A legacy desktop application | Desktop operation (pilot), quoted at validation |

Security and governance
How do you keep 25 agents under control?
Access is checked before any model is called, each agent has its own permissions, and one switch can stop the lot.
Rules in writing
An AI policy, acceptable-use rules and an approval matrix: what runs alone, what needs a person, what needs you.
Access by role
Single sign-on and roles per department and entity, reviewed quarterly. Only the group layer you approve sees across entities.
A stop switch
Per agent, per department or for the whole workforce, usable by your Agent Manager at any hour.
Approvals an email cannot give
Payments and portal submissions are approved only from the approver's own Teams, Telegram, Slack or WhatsApp account.
Credentials out of chat
Masked prompts or a credential broker, with approval per secret. The change history hides secrets.
Every action on record
Each action logged, each configuration change recorded with who made it, audit exports on request.
Data mapped to the law
Federal Decree-Law 45 of 2021 (the PDPL), or DIFC or ADGM rules, set per entity. Erasure requests reach systems and agent memory alike.
A session with your IT team
Security documentation for your IT head, and a review session with the team on how the workforce is set up.
A plan for bad days
Verified nightly backups, updates rolled back if they fail, and a runbook for when a provider changes or an agent misbehaves.
Lessons from live agents
Why the controls sit where they do, and why rollouts go in stages
London International, our training partner, runs AI agents across its own operations. Both of these happened there, and both changed how an enterprise rollout is built.
Put the control where every route passes
Every agent obeyed the duplicate check. Then a person created a record by hand and bypassed it. A control counts only if it sits where every route passes, the manual route included.
Canary first, then everyone
Rollouts there go in stages: a small canary group takes a change first, and everyone else follows. Enterprise works the same way. One department goes live in phase one, and the others follow in phase two.
Watch one weekly task run on your own records
Bring a task a department repeats every week. In a free 45 minutes, at our JLT office or online, it runs on your data and you see each handover.
How much does enterprise AI cost in Dubai?
Enterprise AI Deployment costs from AED 119,000 plus VAT (from AED 124,950 including VAT), paid once. Published UAE figures, not checked by us, run from AED 350,000 to over AED 1.5 million for full enterprise programmes, and from AED 120,000 to 700,000 for production custom applications. Ours is lower because it is a reference configuration with stated limits, built from our templates. Go past a limit and the price rises, in writing, before you book.
First step
Enterprise AI Assessment
AED 15,000
plus VAT (AED 15,750 including VAT), 10 working days
- Up to five departments
- A leadership workshop to choose the first use cases
- A prioritised roadmap, with a business case for each
- Credited against your Enterprise fee if you go ahead within 60 days, when it counts as phase one's assessment
Reference configuration
Enterprise AI Deployment
From AED 119,000
plus VAT (from AED 124,950 including VAT), one-time. Includes everything in AI Business Elite; where the two differ, these numbers apply
- 25 agents and 20 connected workflows, across up to five departments and three entities
- Up to 10 connected systems and 30 days of custom integration
- Up to 50 named users, with single sign-on and roles
- Chief of Staff and morning briefing for up to five executives, five department dashboards, a monthly board pack
- Full Arabic localisation
- Executive briefing, four private training days, certification for up to 50 users
- 12 months of Enterprise Care and a named account manager from phase one acceptance, with a named implementation lead, solution architect and London International lead trainer for delivery
Not ready for 25 agents?
AI Business Elite
AED 25,000
plus VAT (AED 26,250 including VAT), founding price, paid once. AED 32,000 plus VAT (AED 33,600 including VAT) from 1 January 2027
- Elite runs one company; Enterprise runs a group
- Extra agents at AED 3,435 plus VAT each (AED 3,606.75 including VAT)
- Extra workflows from AED 2,500 plus VAT (from AED 2,625 including VAT)
Founding prices hold for the first twenty companies or until 31 December 2026.
What raises the price
"From" means the price rises, quoted in writing before booking, when technical validation finds any of these:
- More than any limit: three entities, 50 named users, 25 agents, 20 connected workflows, 10 connected systems, 30 days of custom integration or 5,000 documents
- A private-cloud or on-premise deployment
- Desktop operation of a legacy application
- A system with no usable connection
Extra agents cost AED 3,435 plus VAT each (AED 3,606.75 including VAT), and one that needs a new system connection also needs a workflow. Clones for a new branch, and agents your own team builds, count toward the 25.
What your 12-month total includes
| Cost | Paid to | When you know it |
|---|---|---|
| The programme, one-time | BeOnTop | Before booking |
| Model usage | The provider, in your name | A monthly estimate per agent, in writing, before you commit |
| Hosting and software | Your own accounts | In writing, before you commit |
| Messaging fees | Meta and your approved provider | Shown separately, at your volumes |
| Enterprise Care after month 12 | BeOnTop, only if you renew | Stated in your proposal |
Usage across 25 agents depends on your shifts and volumes, so your proposal states your own figure. As a planning example, 50 named users at about AED 110 each a month is about AED 66,000 a year, which puts year one near AED 190,950 including VAT, before usage above the plan, hosting, software and messaging. Ask every supplier for the same 12-month figure.
How long does enterprise AI take to deploy?
About 90 working days in three phases, counted from the day access and usable data are in place. The first department is live at the end of phase one.
Assessment, 10 working days
Departments mapped, first use cases chosen in a leadership workshop, roadmap written. Skip the paid step and it happens in phase one.
You choose the use casesPhase one, about 30 working days
The AI policy and approval matrix, platform and security set-up, the first department live and the owner's 7am briefing.
You accept phase onePhase two, about 30 working days
The other departments and entities, group reporting and your chosen agents.
Phase three, about 30 working days
The other executives' briefings, dashboards and board pack, the pilot features, certification and handover.
You accept the handover
Acceptance means the tests written at scoping pass with your examples; pilot features and training attendance are not acceptance tests. A phase is accepted if, within 10 working days of handover, you neither accept it nor list a failed test. A department added later goes live in about ten working days from its first workflow.
How to test any enterprise AI supplier, including us
Before you shortlist anyone, ask for evidence of four things.
| Ask to see | Our answer |
|---|---|
| Production: a live multi-step task with an exception, an audit log, a human approval and recovery from failure | A demonstration on your own records. Seeing the agents at our training partner needs its written consent, with personal data removed |
| Integration, confirmed before you pay | Validated before booking. If a validated connection fails afterwards, we fix it at our cost or refund that part |
| Security controls your IT head can inspect | The nine controls above, with a review session |
| Outcomes you can measure | Tests written at scoping and run on your examples, backed by our 100% satisfaction guarantee |
When we are the wrong choice
- You need a long list of named enterprise references before you shortlist. A global consultancy will have more to show you today.
- You want agents to approve payments or portal submissions on their own. Ours never do; a person approves from their own account.
- You want a foundation model trained from scratch, or a computer vision product. A pure software house suits that better.
- You run one company with a few workflows. AI Business Elite costs far less.
For your technical and procurement teams
Which features are still pilots?
Seven newer capabilities are marked pilot. Each is shown working on BeOnTop's own system before it goes into your workforce, in phase three, and your proposal states what happens if one is not ready by final acceptance.
| Pilot feature | What it does, and the rule it runs under |
|---|---|
| Swarm mode (pilot) | Fans one job out to a bounded set of parallel agents and returns one structured answer, for a hundred supplier quotes or a thousand CVs. |
| Advisor (pilot) | Watches live work and flags a clear wrong turn before it becomes a problem. |
| Desktop operation (pilot) | Operates a designated company Mac for legacy applications with no connector, on a machine you pair and enable, quoted at validation. Windows machines only after a separate pilot. |
| Meetings (pilot) | Joins Teams and Zoom as a guest named as an AI note-taker once the host admits it, and keeps a transcript only if participants agree at the start. If anyone declines, it leaves. |
| Inbound calls (pilot) | Answers calls on a company number from approved answers, telling each caller at the start that they are speaking to an AI assistant and that the call is transcribed. It hands over to a person on request or when the rule says so. |
| Usage budgets (pilot) | A monthly usage budget per agent, with spend alerts on your provider account until it is proven. |
| Memory controls (pilot) | Shows which conversations fed a memory, and lets you exclude a source. |
What your procurement team will ask for
Send your supplier questionnaire with your first enquiry, so legal and IT can work through these papers while the assessment runs.
| Paper | What it covers |
|---|---|
| Contract | UAE law. Liability capped at the fees paid in the previous 12 months. Scope, acceptance tests and payment terms written in. |
| Data-processing agreement | What is processed for each entity, by which provider and in which region, mapped to Federal Decree-Law 45 of 2021, or DIFC or ADGM rules, and to any sector rules. |
| Security answers | Security documentation, answers to your questionnaire and a review session with your IT team. |
| Licence and tax | Trade licence and VAT certificate for BE ON TOP FZCO. |
| Service level | Enterprise Care for 12 months from phase one acceptance. Critical issues answered within 4 business hours, Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm Dubai time, excluding UAE public holidays, with a fix or workaround plan within one business day. Critical means the workforce, a department's agents or a customer-facing channel has stopped, or data may have been exposed. A suspected exposure is reported to you as soon as we know of it, at any hour. Third-party outages are excluded and reported. |
| What Care includes | Weekly health checks, 300 minutes of changes a month (not carried over), a monthly on-site review and a quarterly review with the owner or board. |
| Service credits | None in year one. From renewal, at most 10% of that month's Care fee. |
These papers are being finalised for our first Enterprise clients. Ask for the current set with your first enquiry.
Who runs it after handover?
Your own people, trained by London International, our training partner, through its KHDA-approved corporate training: an executive briefing, four private training days, two Certified AI Operator cohorts for up to 50 users, and a Certified Agent Manager track for the person who runs the workforce. See corporate AI training.
A 90-day change programme with department champions starts at phase one's acceptance. If a department's team has not used the system in a working week in the 90 days after acceptance, we retrain it at our cost, up to one half-day per department.
What stays yours
The workforce is hosted in your name, and your accounts, data, approved knowledge, configuration and client-specific work are yours. After certification the Agent Factory is yours too: your Agent Manager builds the next agents, and beyond 25 each is quoted. Our reusable playbooks stay ours, licensed to you for as long as you use the system. After 12 months the workforce keeps running on your accounts, and Enterprise Care continues only if you renew.
Questions about enterprise AI consulting
What is enterprise AI consulting?
Enterprise AI consulting is advice on where AI belongs across a large organisation: which departments go first, which systems connect, what it costs to run, who approves the work and how it stays governed. Our AI consulting work for large buyers is the Enterprise AI Assessment, and its roadmap is written to be built.
What are enterprise AI solutions?
The phrase covers AI built for a whole organisation rather than one team: agents, connected systems, hosting, governance and training. A fair test is whether it reaches your ERP and CRM, keeps an audit trail and passes an IT review. Enterprise AI Deployment puts those parts into one programme with stated limits.
What do you need from us to start?
An executive sponsor, an owner in each department in scope, your IT team for the security session, access to the systems involved and usable data. The 90 working days are counted from the day that access and data are in place, so these decide your start date more than we do.
Should we use a global consultancy or a firm like BeOnTop?
A global consultancy suits a national-scale programme, or a board that wants a large firm's name on the report. BeOnTop suits a UAE group that wants one firm to plan, build, train and hand over for a stated price. Consulting firms and development firms are different things, so check which one you are hiring.
Which industries does enterprise AI suit?
Any group where the same work repeats across departments or entities, whatever the sector. See it on your own records in the demonstration and the assessment. Regulated sectors such as banking and health bring their own rules on data and approvals, and the assessment maps them before anything is built.
How do we measure the return?
Each use case in the roadmap carries its own business case. Once live, one screen shows tasks completed, approvals waiting, estimated hours saved and cost per task, and a monthly appraisal reports each agent's accuracy, turnaround, escalations and cost. You see these figures every month.
Do the agents work in Arabic?
Yes. Full Arabic localisation is included, your team can message any agent in Arabic or English, and the knowledge assistant covers documents in both languages. After-hours customer replies can also run in Hindi or Urdu, from answers you approved.
Do the agents replace our staff?
No. They work alongside your team. People approve payments and portal submissions, make every shortlist and rejection decision, and make outbound sales calls.
Which is the biggest AI company in the UAE?
G42, with Core42, is the Abu Dhabi group best known for national-scale AI programmes. That is a different job from putting agents to work inside one UAE group, so compare scope and terms, not size.
